Changelog & Roadmap
What's shipped, what's next, and what's on the longer roadmap. We update this page when a release lands or a date moves — no marketing fluff, just what works today and what's coming.
Shipped
Live now in early access at app.eu.torienta.com.
- May 2026 — Security baseline scan. Pulls Salesforce Health Check, MFA enforcement, sharing defaults for sensitive objects, and surfaces a security sub-score in the dashboard.
- May 2026 — Automation mapping. Catalogs every Flow, Workflow Rule, Validation Rule, and Apex Trigger per object. Flags overlap (multiple automations firing on the same object + DML event) and deprecated rule types.
- May 2026 — Health score dashboard (calibrating). Composite 0–100 score with sub-scores for data hygiene, automation health, security posture, documentation. Score weights are placeholder until validation completes (date-gated to mid-June 2026).
- May 2026 — Unused field detection. Fill rates calculated via aggregate queries, dependencies via Tooling API. Fields classified safe-to-remove / potentially-unused / active.
- May 2026 — Schema sync. Pull every object, field, relationship, picklist value into a cached snapshot. Background sync with progress indicator. Typical org (~850 objects, ~5,200 custom fields) syncs in about 90 seconds.
- May 2026 — Salesforce OAuth connection. Read-only metadata access via Web Server Flow + PKCE. Tokens encrypted at rest. Disconnect anytime from Salesforce Connected Apps. No managed package install required.
Coming next
Active development. Expected before end of June 2026.
- Permission analysis. Unused permission sets, redundant sets (≥90% overlap), per-role MFA status, non-admins on the System Administrator profile.
- Health score v1 weights. Score migrates from placeholder weights to the calibrated 35/25/25/15 split for data/automation/security/docs. Score values may shift across the cutover.
- PDF / CSV / share-link export. Get the report out of the app: executive PDF, structured CSV, and a read-only shareable link with a token-scoped TTL.
On the roadmap
Phase 1.5 — bridging from admin tool to team tool.
- Searchable Org Dictionary. Public-by-default (or org-controlled) directory of every field, object, automation. Anyone on your team can look up what something means without logging into Salesforce.
- Team annotations. Business context on any field — what it actually means, who owns it, gotchas. Annotations survive metadata re-sync.
Phase 2 — team productivity, embedded in daily workflow.
- Ownership & accountability. Assign owners to fields, objects, automations. Orphan detection.
- Data quality monitoring. Fill-rate trending. Degradation alerts. Monthly digest emails to owners.
- Automation documentation. Auto-generated plain-English descriptions of Flows and Validation Rules.
- Browser extension. Hover over a field in Salesforce → see the Torienta context inline.
Phase 3 — depth and integrations.
- Change detection & alerts. Metadata diff between syncs. Notify owners when their fields change.
- Impact analysis. "What breaks if I change or delete this?" — full dependency tree.
- Compliance checklists. Pre-built GDPR / HIPAA / SOX templates against your org config.
- Multi-org support. Connect prod + sandboxes. Cross-org diff for drift detection.
- API & integrations. REST API, Slack digests, Confluence / Notion push.
How we work
We ship vertical slices, not horizontal layers. Every release surfaces an end-to-end value increment a customer can see, not just plumbing. We refuse to add a feature we wouldn't pay for ourselves, and we'd rather ship six tight features than thirty half-baked ones.
Pricing during early access is zero. We'll set prices once the first 50 teams have used the product enough to tell us what's actually worth paying for. Until then, your feedback is the price — write to info@torienta.com or just tell us in the app.
